Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on February 5 1964. She is an American actor best known for her talent in portraying strong characters who are also vulnerable. Linney was born into a theatrical family her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. The year 1990 was the year she started her Broadway career. The audience praised her for both Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
